GRIEVANCE DAY
Pursuant to §508, §512, & §525 of RPTL
NOTICE is hereby given that the BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW for the Town of
Clinton, County of Dutchess, shall hear and examine complaints in relation to assessments at:
Clinton Town Hall (Masonic Building), 1215 Centre Road; Rhinebeck, NY; (845) 266-5853
The BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW will be in attendance on the following day:
Wed. May 27, 2026 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm
The BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW will then file a copy of the determination with the
Town Clerk to become a matter of public record.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
Pursuant to §506 & §526 of the Real Property Tax Law:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor in the Town of Clinton, County of Dutchess, has
completed her tentative assessment roll for the current year; a copy of which is filed with the
Town Clerk.
The Assessor will be in attendance with such tentative roll at: Assessor’s Office; 1215 Centre
Road; Rhinebeck, NY 12572, on the following days and times, by appointment only:
Sat. May 2, 2026 between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm,
Wed. May 6, 2026 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
Wed. May 13, 2026 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
Wed May 20, 2026 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
Written complaints with respect to the assessments may be filed with the Assessor any time prior
to, or on, Grievance Day and shall be transmitted by the Assessor to the Board of Assessment
Review on, or before, Grievance Day.
