ANNUAL BURN BAN – March 16 – May 14
What is Prohibited:
- Residential Brush & Debris: Burning leaves, branches, and trash is prohibited.
- Uncontained Fires: Large, open fires are banned.
- Illegal Burning: Burning trash is illegal year-round, regardless of a ban.
What is Allowed (Exceptions)
- Small, Contained Fires: Small campfires or cooking fires are allowed if they are less than 3 feet in height and 4 feet in length/width.
- Safety Requirements: These small fires must be attended and fully extinguished.
