ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE EAST CLINTON FIRE DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Annual Election of the East Clinton Fire District will take place on the 9th day of December 2025 at the Valley Community Church of the Nazarene, 2260 Salt Point Turnpike, Clinton Corners, New York, Dutchess County, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing One (1) Fire Commissioner for the term of Five (5) years commencing on January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2030 and the District Treasurer for a term of three (3) years commencing on January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2028.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a candidate for a Fire District Office must request the Candidate Form from the East Clinton Fire District Secretary and shall file this form with the Undersigned Secretary of the East Clinton Fire District at least twenty (20) days prior to the date of such elections.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION
WEST CLINTON FIRE DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the West Clinton Fire District will
take place on December 9, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. at the Station #1
firehouse located at 219 Hollow Road, Staatsburg, New York for the following purposes:
To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for a five (5) year term commencing
January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030;
To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for the three (3) year balance of an
unexpired term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2028; and
To elect one (1) Fire District Commissioner for the two (2) year balance of an
unexpired term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2027.
All residents of the West Clinton Fire District, who are duly registered to vote with the
Dutchess County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2025 shall be entitled to vote at this
election.
Any person desiring to have his or her name appear on the ballot for one of the above offices
must have filed a written request, specifying the office by term expiration date for which the name
should appear, with the Secretary of the Fire District not later than November 19, 2025.
